Charlee Black is an Associate Attorney at Lepore Taylor Fox LLP. Her experience includes working with both corporate and individual clients, including domestic and multinational companies across a multitude of industries on immigration strategies and compliance. She supports individual clients in their immigration goals, including marriage and family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, citizenship and naturalization, travel authorization, and work authorization. Her experience includes nonimmigrant visas (including B-1/B-2, F-1, H-1B, J-1, L-1A/L-1B, O-1A/O-1B, P-1, and TN), PERM labor certification, EBs (including EB-1A, EB-1B, and NIW), adjustments of status, home residency requirement waivers, and consular processing. She was ranked by Chambers USA as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in 2024 and 2025.
She received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. She is admitted to the New Jersey and West Virginia bar associations and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Charlee loves practicing immigration law because she enjoys meeting people from around the world and helping them achieve their dreams. When she is not practicing law, Charlee can be found working on her hobby farm in West Virginia and tending to her chickens, goats, and honeybees. She enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and learning about Appalachia.
